A documented quality system from incoming material to outgoing shipment
SUNKING EMS governs incoming components, in-line assembly, and finished shipments under one standardized quality management system aligned with recognized electronics standards, including IPC-A-610.
IQC / IPQC / OQC
Inspection gates across every production run
AOI + X-ray
Automated optical and X-ray inspection
Inspection Flow
Three gates, one continuous check
01
IQC: Incoming Quality Control
Incoming components are checked against purchase specifications and supplier documentation before they enter production, and nonconforming lots are held for review.
02
IPQC: In-Process Quality Control
Automated optical and X-ray inspection, together with in-line checks during SMT and assembly, verify placement and solder quality at each stage of the build.
03
OQC: Outgoing Quality Control
Finished boards and box builds are sampled and verified against the approved criteria, and each shipment is released only after the outgoing check is complete.
Full Traceability
Every component lot and serialized board, tracked from receipt to dispatch
Barcode labeling and component lot tracking link each board to the materials used in its build, so any production run can be reviewed by batch, serial number, and inspection record.
Assembly traceability is aligned with IPC-A-610 acceptance criteria, giving quality and engineering teams a documented record for every shipment.
